Resizing, restoration & customization...

We would be happy to provide re-sizing for rings when possible. Most rings can be resized without compromising their integrity. If a particular design can be re-sized it will usually be noted in the details on its product page.

Shipping...

We ship via USPS within 3-5 days of receiving your order of ready-to-ship inventory. For made-to-order custom designs, your item will ship as soon as it ready according to the processing time noted for each individual design.

Returns...

Purple Rat guarantees authenticity and 100% satisfaction on all purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, for a refund, within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange the return. All jewelry must be received in the same condition it was in when you received it. Jewelry will not be accepted for a return if it has been damaged, altered or worn.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee - this covers credit card processing fees & handling fees
Pre-loved, custom & customized (altered as requested by buyer at point of purchase) items and discounted items are not eligible for return
